"I was asked to use the My Easystretch™ right before I went in for my hernia surgery. I was challenged by my friend to give it an honest try and to use it every single day consecutively for 40 days - without exception. So I did, although admittedly, at first, I laughed at the notion of being able to get any kind of benefit out of a workout that apparently ONLY TAKES THREE MINUTES.
